1. Data Collection
DokBlast collects only the data necessary for the service to function:
- Google profile information (name, email) for authentication
- Access to Google Drive to store and organize your documents
- Documents that you choose to scan and process
2. Data Usage
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Authenticate you and maintain your session
- Process your documents via OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
- Automatically organize your documents in Google Drive
- Allow you to access your existing documents
3. Google Drive Permissions
DokBlast requests the following permissions:
- drive.file: Create and manage documents processed by the application
- drive.readonly: Read your existing documents to allow you to select and organize them
These permissions allow us to create the "DokBlast" folder in your Drive and organize your scanned documents there,
while giving you access to your existing files.
4. Storage and Security
- Your documents are stored in YOUR Google Drive, not on our servers
- We only keep metadata necessary for operation
- All communications are encrypted (HTTPS)
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties
5. Your Rights
You can at any time:
- Revoke DokBlast's access to your Google Drive
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your data
- Contact us with any questions
7. Changes
This policy may be updated. The current version is dated January 8, 2026.
